We have a double room available in a peaceful Mews development, just a short walk from everything Balham has to offer. We are conveniently located between Balham and Clapham South Northern Line, and Balham main line overground offers direct routes to Gatwick Airport, Clapham Junction, and Victoria Station. Bus stops are almost right at the front door, and transport connections are excellent.

Nearby, you'll find Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Aldi, along with a variety of bars and restaurants.
